Reading at The Beat Museum in San Francisco, California. It was an honor to be so warmly welcomed by those in attendance, and to feel the very soul of the Beat generation that still lingers on the streets of North Beach.

More than Jack's shirt was in the room with us that night!

It was great to be at Malvern Books in Austin, Texas to help celebrate the release of Lamar University Press' vital anthology, The Beatest State in the Union, edited by Chuck Taylor, Chris Carmona and Rob Johnson.

Texas has such a rich, Beat, heritage stretching from original Beat Generation roots of the 1940's and 50's, right up to today!

In August of 2015, PW and Slough Press released "Sacred Wounds". Here, PW reads from the collection for the first time, at the Absinthe Lounge in Dallas, Texas, as the featured reader at that city's legendary "Mad Swirl" event.

Reading before a packed house in San Marcos, Texas!

It was a great honor to have been named a featured reader at the 2015 Rio Grande Valley International Poetry Festival.

Reading here at the Chamber of Commerce in McAllen, Texas.

PW Covington is the hope inside of all of us on our worst day.

He is the quiet voice, screaming inside our soul that refuses to accept defeat, even when we must lose.

He is the things we can only find after we have lost everything.
